99 rd headlights

I have a 99 rd tri axle dump and I have this weird problem with lights so to start after I turn my lights off after it gets light out the 2 outside roof lights stay on unless I pull back on the thank you switch on the top left of the dash next is the weird one only when it gets cold out do the headlight magically turn on by themselves over night and sometimes if they don’t as soon as I start it in the morning they automatically come on and will not shut off even if I shut the truck off they won’t turn off for a good couple minutes but if it’s summer time or I park it in my warm garage they work fine I don’t even know where to start with that

Hard to understand.. the other toggle switch next to the dimmer is the outer roof lights.

Yes that’s what’s weird about it that’s the switch I use to turn the lights on but they won’t turn off with that one if I don’t pull back on the switch on top left of dash

So you have a flash to pass switch on top of the dash to the left.  Sounds like a loose ground.
