I have a 2006 Mack vision with the 355/380 aset ,when I take off from dead stop it makes no boost and real sluggish until you get rolling good then it’s starts making around 28 boost and runs fine ,truck has  1.5 million miles on engine could low oil pressure cause no boost .

Low oil pressure? How low ? 1.5 million,  not rebuilt?  Many tests to do... Fuel pressure, compression test, proper valve adjustment,  cylinder cut out test, .. could it just be tired ?

Low oil pressure is not the direct cause of your low/no boost on takeoff — it's more likely VGT actuator issues, turbo vane sticking, or a boost leak. Check those areas first. With 1.5 million miles, you might be looking at wear-related turbo or sensor degradation.
