Were there any differences in internal components or turbo between the 2 horsepower options or was it just fuel settings?

edit: also curious if 400 hp was the most it was offered in for that year/era

I believe the cam key was offset on the 400 how ever I could be wrong Joey may know more!

See if this link works.. look at timing degree difference and piston part numbers.  This is from my Mack Tune up book for 1994..

Yep I noticed that too. Just figured that would be an easy change unless it’s electronic
