Rick01 Posted March 15, 2023 Share Posted March 15, 2023 Please help. I called the Mack dealership and no help. 2002 Mack RD688S with e7 350 engine. For some reason today my idle rpm’s are only at 400 to 500. Allison automatic transmission. The truck runs great it’s just idle problem. It was about 650 . fjh Posted March 16, 2023 Share Posted March 16, 2023 You need to go to the dealer or someone with the Mack software and have them set the idle and then go into the program and turn off set idle with dash switches!
