The when toggleing the switch you can hear 2 clicks back to back in the center of the dash, so I dont think its the switch. Is it the relay possibly? Location? Mechanic said something about a thermal switch? Check for a TSB on this Volvo and Mack had an issue with wipers stopping mid stroke on quite a few Trucks !
