Beefy NOrm Posted September 15, 2022 Share Posted September 15, 2022 I need help with my 2018 AN64. Just spent over 30k on local Mack shops finding a fix for weekly derate issue. After six months they final solved the problem but AC still not working right. AC blows only vent air or heat air in sleeper, cab AC blows either extreme cold or cold air. Temperature changes when going over bumpy roads or curves. Rear temperature door actuator under mattress has been changed but did not solve the issue. The rural, and only Mack shop for miles can fix issues but it takes a long long time and wastes money due to inexperience. Any advice welcome. I would check you dashboard control module they are notorious for burning up on the back and not functioning correctly. Also for the sleeper I would check your relay panel under the bunk.
