  1. I need help with my 2018 AN64. Just spent over 30k on local Mack shops finding a fix for weekly derate issue. After six months they final solved the problem but AC still not working right. AC blows only vent air or heat air in sleeper, cab AC blows either extreme cold or cold air. Temperature changes when going over bumpy roads or curves. Rear temperature door actuator under mattress has been changed but did not solve the issue. The rural, and only Mack shop for miles can fix issues but it takes a long long time and wastes money due to inexperience. Any advice welcome.
  2. Multiple sensors have gone bad and have been replaced. This has become a continuous thing over 6 months. Local Mack dealer says it can’t be a bad VECU, but a non Mack shop says it can’t be anything but the VECU. Recent issue is that it has burned out two A/C compressors. It is somehow ruining clutch’s because no power going to clutch. Also no A/C in sleeper but cold or very cold fluctuations up front. Mack North America has not replied to pleas for help. What is going ? Help needed.
  3. Three months ago the AC in the sleeper started blowing AC and outside vented air randomly. Within a month the front AC started doing the same thing and then no AC in the sleeper, then no AC anywhere. Local Mack shop diagnosed the compressor and replaced it. Drove away from the shop and had no AC in back or front still. Was too upset to go back. Later on while in a different province I turned on the floor heat while being unloaded. about a half hour into it I was walking around outside and noticed about a half liter AC puddle on the ground which is unusual for my truck. Got back into the truck and tried the AC for the hell of it. Once again the AC started blowing cold, but, still having the varying temperature fluctuations just with colder AC air and still no AC in the sleeper. What is going on? What do I tell the techs at the Mack shop?
