Put engine back in truck now after you fire it up it runs smooth for about 10 seconds. then it just starts smoking and sounds rough. i have checked my crank and cam timing. the cam has the correct key in it. no air in fuel and good fuel pressure. swapped eecu and vecu with another truck they worked fine on the other truck. all new eups. took air to air tube off to make sure there was no resistion in it making it lack of air. tried all new sensors on the eng. coolant, air temp, boost, air ambit., fuel temp, oil press. tried new fuel. checked all my gnd and power wires. from batt. to start to block to frame to solind and into cab. i even tried jumper cables as an extra grd to help if there was something i missed. i removed the engine brakes. i have got it to run good once by jumping a 5 volt power to my flywheel timing sensor aka eng. speed sensor after i did that i replaced the harness. but still no luck Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
