Bulldog2020 Posted April 15, 2020 Share Posted April 15, 2020 I have 96 rd 690s that cranks slow then blows white/smoke , clears up after a minute or two then starts missing again then starts to smoke again . j hancock Posted April 15, 2020 Share Posted April 15, 2020 One or more of the injectors may need to be rebuilt because it is dumping fuel. Do you have maint history with the truck? Engine hours? Could be the econovance has failed the little ( box in front of the fuel pump) you can tri put 12V to it see if the issue clears it up! the solenoid could be weak on this !causing this issue!
