The fact that both his parents were truck drivers – the profession even reaches back as far as his great-grandfather – influenced his interest in vehicles. When he won the Scania Driver Competitions national final in Norway in 2015, it felt like a great achievement that the skills he gained as a truck driver could take him to the big final. .
