firehse Posted February 13, 2018 Share Posted February 13, 2018 Good morning everyone.i have a 1985 Mack CF fire truck, a few weeks ago the amount meter stop registering and batteries not charging, it's a reverse polarity alternator, I'm trying to find the Voltage regulator on this Engine, can't find it, would anyone know where it could be? JFORT3 Posted February 22, 2018 Share Posted February 22, 2018 I have a 1975 Mack CF pumper and every time I drive the truck, my dashboard voltage meter stays pinned in the overcharge lines. h67st Posted February 22, 2018 Share Posted February 22, 2018 I would put a voltmeter on the batteries while it's pegged just to make sure your gauge is accurate.
