air only blowing from one place

ok i have an 2004 cv series tri axle dump truck and well when i turn on the ac it only comes out the defrost vents and no where else ive tried turning the control knob it starts to make popping noises like it wants to break any help is much appreciated thanks in advanced

Sounds like you got a door actuator motor bad; if it's like CHU you pull dash off on passenger side
