Hello all,

I just purchased a 1950 B-20 that I plan on making a antique style wedge bed car hauler out of. Where can I find some specs. on this truck? I tried the search feature but nothing came up for B-20.

Welcome to the Forum!!

The first thing you should do is contact the :mack1: Museum, there's a link to it here, with your Serial number and whatever else you know about it,and ask them to send you whatever they can find regarding the build sheet etc. It'd also be good to send a donation to them if possible,as it does cost them to research your truck. You'll get a copy of your trucks build sheet,a page of specifications, some service info, and possibly a copy of the page with the signature of the original buyer. I haven't checked into it yet but I'm told they have a lot of service and maintenance information you can get copies of. These guys are awesome!

Once you have that stuff in hand, the :mack1: owners here on the Forum will gladly help you fill in the bare spots and answer questions. A good start on the Forums would be to send some pictures of your new old truck. Enjoy!

Thanks for the tip. For some reason these http://www.oldmacksrus.com//Info.htm links won't open from my computer at home but I was able to open them from work today. I may not have a '50 model B-20 after all, it shows the first year for a B-20 as 1953. I'm having to go the lost title route so I guess I better confirm what year it is for sure. Does anyone know the GVW on this baby Mack?

I'll try and post a few pictures this weekend...
