Ford Motor Co. Executive Chairman Bill Ford talks about the automaker's revamped Rouge factory in Dearborn, Michigan, the new aluminum-bodied F-150 pickup, Ford's U.S. workforce and hiring plans, and overseas sales of the redesigned Mustang model.

Bill Ford also discusses the company's performance in Europe, currency issues and the impact of gasoline prices on truck sales.
