james j neiweem Posted August 10, 2014 Share Posted August 10, 2014 Towards the end of the gaser era Mack used Chrysler gas engines. Were these engines superior in some ways to IH, white, Continental ,ford etc. I remember the 318 (a relatively small displacement engine} used to power buses and med duty trucks quite successfully.
