kscarbel
Dodge Brothers (Britain) Ltd. had been established way back in 1922. (Chrysler Corp. acquired Dodge Bros. Inc. six years later in 1928) Prior to Chrysler’s takeover of the UK’s Rootes Group in 1965, Dodge Brothers (Britain) produced the stylish first generation 100 series. A conventional cab truck sold from 1949 thru 1957, it was a British design for the British market.
kscarbel
In 1957, the 300 series was launched using the Motor Panels “LAD” cab (dubbed LAD because it was used by Leyland-Albion and Dodge).
