The knob is a brownish mahogany in color with the word LIGHTS engraved in it. Trying to keep the knob the same as the others. fxfymn Posted November 3, 2012 Share Posted November 3, 2012 It is not terribly hard to take the switch apart. Usually there are four brass tabs that close the switch up; carefully pry them up and pull the phenolic plate off. Be careful there is probably a small spring in there. From there you can either replace the contacts with a board from a new switch or just clean the old contacts. 1 Quote Money, sex, and fire; everybody thinks everyone else is getting more than they are!
