leversole Posted December 30, 2011 Share Posted December 30, 2011 Just want to let everyone know how well this Mack Dealer treated me...I ordered (through find-it parts) new oil seals for my front wheels...as I dont have have a 6 inch seal driver and didnt want to f**k them up I took them to the local Mack dealer...the young kid at the service counter, after I explained my situation, asked if I had an appointment, when I said no, he shook his head and told me they were booked solid for weeks, but that I should talk to the service manager...Long story short, the service manager pulled one of his tech's off of the job he was working on and he drove the seals in for me...when I went back to the service counter to get the bill, the service manager said to just contribute to thier pizza fund...I whipped out a twenty and asked if it was enough and he said yes...I would not hesitate to go back there for anything that requires special tools that I do not have!
