mack l model Posted November 14, 2011 Share Posted November 14, 2011 A friend of mine has a Mack stake body truck. He has no title or lost it. it looks to me like a L model. Sorry I do not have any pictures of it now but will soon. It has a split windshield which appears to open up ( of course the windshield is gone ).I heard the serial number is on the inner right door panel. Is that the only location on the truck ? ( of course the inner door panel is missing )Is the serial number any where else on the truck?It has a six cylinder gas motor with two heads ( of course it is missing parts )Are parts truck easy to buy around the New Jersey area ?Any information would be greatly appreciated. umodelnut Posted November 14, 2011 Share Posted November 14, 2011 the serial number should be stamped in the frame somewhere but i dont know were that would be on an L model.
