theakerstwo, I followed your advice and went to the local Mack dealer. He found a picture and some numbers, but said he's gonna have to do a "e-inquiry(?)." He said used to he could call and talk to somebody at Mack, but now it's more of an e-mail thing. He said maybe he'd have a reply about noon tomorrow. I wanted to get aggravated but I remembered the old truck is 35 years old... -

Olivetroad, it has ordinary every day (to me anyway) air spring brakes. -
I want to build a driveline to mount to the front of the crankshaft on my '77 DM. I have yet to find a 6 hole flange for the driveline shop to fab a shaft. Anyone have an idea what I need or where I can find it? Muncie builds a clutch pump that has such a drive, but I'm not having much luck figuring out if that will work for me. Thanks, Zane

I'll do a little more looking. I was really caught off guard when I went to check the slack adjusters.... -
I bought a DM685 and it has hydraulic disc brakes on the front axle. We've never seen such. Are these common? Bad news? No brake fluid leaks, so I guess they're ok.

Hi All, I just bought a '77 DM685, and being a pretty big ol' boy, I'm wondering if there is a really thin seat back available to give me a little more room. Any other ways to give me a little more room? Increasing miles per calorie (weight loss) is off the table. Cheers, Zane
