I recently replaced electric fuel pump with original mechanical one that I had rebuilt for my 1955 Mack B85 Pumper. I can’t seem to get truck to fire after sitting and believe it to be a priming issue. Once she gets going no problem and will start again no problem after short intervals. There are no apparent air leaks. It is just a bear to get going from a cold start. Thoughts for corrective action? Much appreciated. Thanks, Pat Gavin 202-494-9108 cell

Square. 67” width 113” long.

Pulling 500 gallon water tank on R608F pumper for refurb. Any estimates on tank weight? Looks to measure 67 1/2 x 113, maybe 3/16 thick plus baffles. Any help is appreciated.
