Was this the one with the stacks behind the sleeper?
Yep,screen door bug screen, same owner/operator for 30+ years, fresh off the road, think he was leased to LandStar. It looked straight out of the early '70's,outlaw steel hauler special.
I wish I could find my pics, that was before digital camera.

Dave,I didn't realize until I talked to Jerry Howard last week at Walcott which truck this was. As nice as it is now,it was 100 times cooler before it was restored. Jerry brought it to Walcott right after he bought it and I fell in love. That thing dripped cool. Got any before pics at all?

Tried everything. Was wondering if the post nuts in the cab that the latch screw into should be loose as they are now or do they have to be welded tight, so when the latch is screwed in there wouldn't be any play. I replaced the door hinges thinking they were worn and aligned it up but no the door still doesn't close.
you dont want any play in that latch, thats why your door wont stay closed the nuts are loose for adjustment, but they should tighten up with the screws. I've had trouble with them working loose,a little lock-tite solved problem

Sounds like the "Cafe Risque", there was one on I 95 in N.C, one on 85 in Ga, and one on 75 in Fl. The ones in N.C. and Ga. both closed several years ago.
That's the place.

I'm surprized nobody has mentioned the flaw in the otherwise perfect former Yaworski B873SX

id rather have rust free than dent free anyday. 300 plus would be a F712 I think.
Yep,those front panels are still floating around, lot easier to fix than a rotted cab. F712 is correct for 300+ ETAZ673A

Jim is right,It's got the dual intakes for the tip turbine like the early ones had. That cab looks damn good other than the front corner

I remember that maroon B61ST with red frame and black fenders at Macungie probably 20 years ago, that's on the list of ''Trucks that have dissapeared''
That truck came out of Dick Guerra's(?) collection. They have his old 951 Diamond T also.

Neat Macks there. I remember you posted the pics of some of them before.
The F-model concrete mixer looks similar to the one at Gary Mahan's collection.
Is that a "brother" or just the same truck?
I don't think they got that from Mahan"s.

Nice pics. Thanks.
Any idea about who owns the fire truck on the back of the wrecker? It looks to be a 75A or a 505A and I'd like to get the chassis number if I can.
I was going to look at the card to see who owner was,but I get distracted alot while I'm there. I'm guessing it belongs to owner of the wrecker. It is a 505A,I did notice that. 1st time it's been there.
