I enjoy being on here I'm always checking up on everyones projects and like posting mine to have conversations with every one .I like that there is a place for all the political jokes and it's nice that they stay there and not bleed over into everything else .I enjoy everything on here and its all because of the people on here I haven't run into one disrespectful person yet on here it's nice we can enjoy every ones projects the ones close to home to across the county to around the world .....just my 2 cents ........but due to inflation it's more like 6.73 lol

I bought my truck cause it was rough but not too rough the diesel with Jake brakes was big plus non turbo kinda sucked it had the gas rear so the ratio was terrible ended up shortening it got a diesel rear cheap in Ohio drove it for a while and it just keeps evolving .Back in Black a member here gave me a turbo and manifold so the cool factor went way up and I scored a tandem air ride for cheap so I put that under it now I'm doing a sleeper I look at it if it has good sheet metal your good no one is going to give you good tin work cheap everyone wants it but drive train stuff seems like it's more available you can work a good deal on something with a shot body and get a good drive train but a body is hard to find

Glenn is right I saw a guy rebuild an international engine and bout a half hour of running seized a piston rip it down fix it nother half hours seized a nother one had to pull them all out and replace all 6 when he installed the seals he rolled them into the groves and didn't take a screwdriver and run it around them to un roll them but those also look in terrible shape

Thats good it was contained to only one cyl by the amount of parts you had in the bottom of the pan I thought it would be way worse hope you can find everything you need to get it going again

it could be this truck was pieced together from a diesel truck or they used the body from a gasser as the sheet metal didn't Crack and break like a diesel model ..less vibration I know mine had the mount for the brake on the trans but all the other parts were mia
