Ours are shipped straight from the factory, so there is "prep" work done to them by a dealer.Its going to the dealer tonite.

Well today they delivered my new Vision daycab. Lets see, where to start. the bumper looks like it got hooked on something backing up.Its got about a 2" gap at the fender but only a 1" at the grill,its not mounted correctly.Air leak from the leveling valve, the factory CB antenna mount has fallin down into the mirror, dash has 2 gouges is it about 1.5" long,1/4 wide, polished wheels are all dinged and scratched, the air tanks on the passenger side behind steps were painted to match frame(red) only problem, their polished!,plus there is 6 different pieces of masking tape on them, that is peeling off exposing the polished tank!I'll get pics tomoorow, but damn, this is not a good way to start w/ a new truck, even if it is a company truck, I'm one who takes pride in his ride. Positive side is that it rides great and pulls fantastic.427 w/ Eaton auto. Guess I'll be spending the day at the dealership.

In this months edition of Heavy Duty Trucking, they review the new Volvo VT 800, and towards the end of the artice they review the engine (625 I believe) and state that there will be a MACK version of this motor soon. I left the magazine in my truck, I'll scan it tonite.

I forgot to add that those are froma dealer in BC, they are calling them "Westcoast Editions" or something like that, not Rawhide.Either way , the yellow one is killer.

Looking for any pics of Superliner showtrucks. One in particular, was in Movin Out paper about 1 or 2 yrs ago, orange, had breathers , day cab, if I remember correctly it was at a show in northern Ohio or PA.Any other pic of Superliners w/ breathers would be appreciated By the way, great site.I'm not an owner, but started out on a ragged out R and moved to Superliner and have wanted one ever since.Someday...
