My neighbor has a V8 Massey Ferguson. It's red. He must wash and wax it regularly, never seen anyone keep a tractor so clean.

I used to work for New Holland and I couldn't believe how many of those things are still out there. Wouldn't hurt my feelings if I never work on another one.

A E9 in a B would be awesome but I doubt if you could keep it cool. I had a 400 3406B, 9speed over, 4.10's in a Freightshaker(can't believe I admitted that on here!) and like Slpwlker said, it was a beast. I sure wish I was only 20 miles from all those trucks! Good luck and welcome aboard! Trey

Yeah, just like our 930 except for the big rear tires and fenders of the wheatland. Always did like the looks of those. I also remember the eagle & globe on the steering wheel.

Bet that was a nice one Rob! My dad had a Case 930 diesel wheatland and a 1570. The 930 had a hand clutch and I can remember pulling a chisel rig with it when I was a kid, had to stay close to the clutch because if you hit hard ground, it wouldn't quit pulling and had so many weights the front end would jump up. Miss that old tractor too. Sure sounded good with a straight pipe although it had some surface rust on the pipe and sometimes a piece of rust would fly off and hit you in the face and that wasn't very pleasant. Lots of good memories though. Trey

Can't say much for the service department since I do my own work but there's a bunch of good honest guys in parts. Also bought my truck there and was very pleased with them on that too. Hope they get you going soon and without a lot of $$$$$! Trey

It will not work machining the stud holes because the center hole for the hub is different also. Trey

If you want to go to hub piloted you will have to change the hubs.

Those look like stud piloted and given the age, that's probably what it had. Hub pilot have one nut while stud piloted have an inner barrel/nut and an outer nut.

Just keep practicing. You'll get it down one of these days! Practice makes perfect. Trey
