All the CXU have mp7 with 10spd road rangers. The Hino was a Hino diesel. Must have been another vendor because I have yet to see a CNG Hino. Talon has Volvos with the Westport same with Beemac but, both have filling stations on there property so logistics aren't bad.

It's fancy-shmancy alright, a far cry from what the boys in Cleveland have to work with, but they're breaking ground on a new place this year. It's nice to have the room on BOTH sides of the terminal to back in, but tractor and trailer parking seems to be almost at capacity already. The ramp up to the dock is on the wrong side of the building, which I believe is what the construction crew is working on
I see you have a white hood, what brand did US Cargo purchase? You caught one of the CNG Cascadias and the only CNG Pinnacle in the fleet. There is also 2 Visions that were converted.
It's been open less than a year and is not visible until your right out side of it. You take 910 past the 28 south on ramp and continue up a steep winding hill. It's at the top on the right. It is visible from the turnpike, at least when the leaves are gone.
Yeah pretty nice drive through bays at the garage. How are those cascadias holding up? I've worked on a couple Volvos with the CNG Cummins Westport but just for leaking o-rings in valves and fuel solenoids. Our side lot is packed with new pinnacles for delivery. The U.S. Cargo was a Hino Box truck.

Any further info on the new cab? Pictures? Specs?Does you dream truck utilize the 27-year-old Mack legacy cab, or the new Mack brand variant of the Volvo global market cab?
"Volvo has things a certain way for reasons"....................well put.
On that note yeah, Id like to see the super liner return.
I've only "moved" a Titan that was in for service but I did drive the D16 in a Volvo and it had good power. We serviced a heavy hauler from NJ that had a 11-12? Titan and he had nothing but great things to say about it.

Doing both is easier than just half. Push out the old with your foot cafefully, clean up old seal, install glass into seal, rope outer edge, lube seal, get helper to lift glass/seal, set bottom first, pull rope, and finesse. Lol it's easier said then done. I've done about 10-12 in the last 6 months.

Start withe the easy stuff grounds and circuit breakers. What truck is it? Did you check the fusable link? I recently had a GU granite that had power to the chassis and the fusable link was only halfway burned through.

Looks real nice

This is a gray area and members at BMT have discussed this in length in the past. If you search for old posts about the topic you will most likely come across them. The gray area is that the language says "can not carry for commercial use" unless it's been changed in the last couple years. I've always treated the antique truck hobby as if were a commercial truck. Look legal and act legal. Keep the truck and trailer maintained and secured as if it were a commerical truck.

It would be inline on the drivers side towards near the rad.

Governor controls cut out and cut in pressure for the air compressor. Did you check for any leaks? If the compressor is running constantly to keep up it will get hot.

I have owned 2 duramax diesels. One with 99k on it and the other 215k and I loved them. I popped head gaskets on the higher mileage one but I bought it with 160k on it. I'm my opinion couple a durmax and an Allison and its a pretty stout combo.

If your truck has Daytons with 11r24.5 tires on it means that you have 22" hubs (Dayton) spokes. To go up in tire/rim size to 1200-24" you would have to find the right hubs for the wheel bearings and change those to 24" and change the tire/rims.

Wow I've always heard stories and seen scars but not first hand. Hope all is better or getting better.

Exactly. They all need to man up and pay their fair share.

I know in the past, if the belts looked ok ie not fraying, chaffing, cracks, or dry rot, I've put a little dielectric grease on belts that squeal and that usually corrects it. It's worth a shot if you plan on getting new belts anyway.

Bullshit. Walmart should stop mooching of the government and U.S. taxpayers for assistance subsides for workers.

When I converted mine I need the following-water pump, gaskets, oil cooler, oiler cooler tube to spin on housing, and spin on housing. Plus new O-rings. Remember there are two different size o-rings that look similar. As far as the water filter its just the water filter manifold and gaskets.

I use a fine tip sharpie marker it leaves a impression and the fades moderately.

Mack filters or Baldwin on all and have been for decades. Stay away from Fram.
