check to see if truck has dual draw. lines from each tank go to a tee then to engine. if has that loo for obstruction in driver's side tank. if it has single draw look at cross over line or shut off valve at bottom of one tank turned off.

i have a turbo and injector combo that will fix problem i can give you customers phone numbers if you want to talk ot some one that allready done really need extra power here in western Pa.

where exactly is it leaking? did you put straight edge on pan? ceck for crack on lip of pan also.

One model is a U685T other one is a U685ST diffrent models -
if electronic engine main differences are injectors, computer program and pump settings.

Mack has real problem with emmisions restrictions choked engine. I have a turbo and injector combo that wakes engine up.

selling three GU713's (stock trucks). trucks are straight truck now, have to change over to tractor trailer air system. have most of valves figgured out. not sure on all of plumming. has anyone done any before?looked through service bulletin was some help, but want to be 100% sure. any help would be great AIR BRAKE ROUTING SCHEMATICS.pdf

take oil filters off. get brass punch and hit head of bolts. use long ratchet and cheater bar. once you break bolts loose use 3/8 drive socket because 1/2 drive will get catch up on starter. if you have a 42mt starter with 11 tooth drive gear i suggest using delco starter part number 2132-8200308. gear reduction starter, lighter, with 3 year warranty.use new starter bolts part number 6AM31.

computer only takes reading from sensor. check sensor adjustmant. was there any metal on sensor when you changed it? check yoke bolt see if tight.

mack has special magnets to hold up lifters. but you can use regular extention magnets. if you get ones that swiel on ends just put piece of hose over swivel, tomake it easier to put on lifter. just use cloths pins to hold magnets up. -

rpm sensor below starter, engine position sensor side of injection pump. what code does it have?

diffrent injectors and TURBO any time you add more fuel (power box) you should change turbo. there is a 96 CH 400 in the area pushing 45lbs of boost

does it set code every time you put full power? I'm not big fan of power boxes because you aren't adding more air to help keep engine cooler.call me about getting engine to run better with out power box
