Yes, I had the same issues in several places on the front sheet metal. As Jim said shims and thick washers to the rescue.

I remember seeing the "human cannonball" being shot from a rig looking that at a local carnival. Not sure if it was a B model or not. When it was ready to be fired the cannon would raise up to about a 45 angle. Pretty cool.

That's a nice one. I live in VA but haven't seen it.
