Well done! Congrats keep up the good work. That's really something to be proud of.

Never buy without seeing it, at the very least pay an unbiased party to inspect it. That's a lot f money to toss on the table and not know the odds of the bet. Where are they located?

Nothing is cheap to fix and they all have problems, I'm just hoping to find a company that's going to stand behind their product.

Ill take it!!

Typical corporate bs. No guarantee it'll be different elsewhere but it's worth a shot

Too many dealers wait for the buyers to come to them, secondly I think warranty work should be a dealers top priority. No way you should drop 6 figures on a truck and have to wait around for questions to be answered or approval from corporate. I'm still angry with the way things went for us. Sorry for being bitter

Their KW was hauling topsoil out of our yard last summer. Another company switching to KWs, seems our local mack has chased everybody away, haha.
Must be something in the water....

how could they not cover it its warranty ? but goodluck with the pete if its cummins powered its junk
Not covered. Like big Tom Callahan said a warranty is just a bunch of words on paper that make the buyer feel good. As far as the Pete, yes it's powered by a Cummins. Thanks for sharing your opinion

Update.... Our local dealer looked at the truck and never came up with a cause or did anything to fix the problem. As of recently everything seems fine. Furthermore I'm entirely disappointed that Mack wouldn't even cover the cost of the replacement air filter nor the plastic mesh for the air intake.

No luck at napa, it's got a Mallory set up and they haven't made parts for 30+ years from what I've been told.
