David Posted June 9, 2009 Share Posted June 9, 2009 Looks like 16B is the ground. 16BN comes from the CB post (may change to R) for the hot. B, W, and G come out of the radio for the speakers. B splits to 16B and goes to both speakers. G changes to 16G and goes to the left. W changes to 16W and goes to the right. This is from a basic wiring diagram. Most radios now have an input that is always hot to keep the settings and another input that is hot only when the key is on. Good luck.
