Latrobe Construction B-61 Posted 17 hours ago Share Posted 17 hours ago I was able to take the bolt down floor panel up enough to disconnect all the air fittings on the petal and remove it from truck. Once out I took my time soaking it with PB and tapping it with a hammer lightly. I was able to get 2 freed up that way and they work fine. Check your brake cans. If they have the emergency brake they will have a hole right in the center for a caging bolt. On some of my B’s over the years they changed just the rear most axle on the tandem to spring cans.
