Would consider new or used in good condition with no cracks or welds. Looking for lock rings that sit flat and have the groove to snap in Prefer to have all pieces for the rim, stops in place and a lip that is not too crowned. If you have base rims or even side and lock rings that you would like to sell, please let me know.
