All were done by a local guy, I dont know who it is and its very hush-hush kinda thing. The trucks are running great but the only thing is the first one that he did, we were not able to get in to the ECM to change road speeds and do diag . Supposedly the latter ones have been reprogrammed and all is OK. To me the https://otrperformance.com/ looks like a better option. It does no reprogramming of any of the ECM's.
