Hello My name is Greg and I'm having a problem with a 1995 dump truck. 300hp E-7 . It runs hot at hwy speeds (º220+) and cools back down in city traffic. If you were a betting person, would you bet on vains on waterpump being erroded or radiator being stopped up. During a engine flush I noticed just a slight increase in water flow at upper rad. Hose from idle to 1800rpm with t-stat removed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
