Timmyb Posted February 22, 2016 Share Posted February 22, 2016 Read about this in the local paper over the weekend. Basically it's a tipper which bolts together instead of being welded together. This includes the front wall, rear frame, side walls and mudguards. This is to "increase flexibility and maintainabilty, while reducing lead times". Also it gives you the ability to swap high tensile steel walls for aluminium. The only downside I can think of it's your more likely to be stuck paying the manufacturers price for the parts. It seems like changing all that back and forth would be time consuming and laborious. I want completely different suspension setups on an aluminum dump versus a steel dump because the work I do with one is not the type of work I do with the other.
