Dear All,

there is rare picture of B31P in Israel, only 10 units made there way to Israel in 1955.

the engine was 100 HP Henschel engine and 5 speed gearbox + Hi Lo.

truck was single back axle and small wheels - 11.00 X 20

The B31P had "maxidine" badge on the cabin side, same cabines where use for B43 and later B61 etc.

The German engine was not original and fitted as part from German-Israel compensation agreements after WW2

my question:

what was the origin diesel engine in The B31P?

picture was taken at Haifa, Israel, near Haifa Port. this vehicle went out of registration in 1974. back there was no awareness to preserve such rare things.

today our job is harder..
