According to http://www.oldmacksrus.com/production_numbers.htm

for the B 85, there were 455 fire trucks produced.

Scroll down to the fire trucks with the above link.

Also writing the Mack Museum will get you production data sheets and order information.

There are also some fire truck nuts that will speak up, I hope.

That is a well proportioned looking truck. Does it still look as good as the picture?

And welcome!

Thank you

I have all the info from the mack museum.

Truck needs paint it is red right now

has 2 holes in rear fenders and needs windshield glass broken by kids with rocks.

Also siren and bell is missing

I will post some pics of what it looks like when I found it.

neat looking truck! Is it running and driving?

Yes just waiting for portland glass to finish cutting the windshields.

Going to start body work as soon as I can get the boat out of the garage

Do you know by chance how many where made in this style?

Also where is there a source for parts

Thanks Greg

Greg,

There are a few of us that are Mack Fire Truck members and most likely can source most of the parts you need between Watts and other Firetruck speciality vendors. Make a list of what you need and post it and then we suggest vendors, like the recent post on sirens.
