I am a CT firefighter who broke into the fire service about 15 years ago on a CF Fire Engine/Tanker and a R-Model Hose Tender. I fell for the old bulldog from then on. I have since worked for Fire Depts. with a C-model Rescue, another R-Model Tanker and my current Dept owned two Bulldogs back in the 20's and 30's. One was an engine and the other was a tillered ladder truck.I don't own a truck yet, but I hope to get a B-Model for restoration soon. I also have a large diecast collection. I joined the dept. in 1981, the same year they took delivery of a 1981 R-Model 2750 gal. tanker. It has been a sincere passion for the "Bulldog" ever since. I will look forward to hearing from you.
