U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood announced the agenda for the second national Distracted Driving Summit to be held Sept. 21 in Washington, D.C. Don Osterberg, senior vice president of Schneider National, will be on a panel discussion on "Confronting the Distracted Driving Challenge Moving Forward."
