I'm glad to see the Mack Prime Mover from WW11. Would love to know that it will be restored to it's original look and be used for truck shows and parades. I see it has new rubber. Is there a way that I could keep an image of the truck?
Thank You!

I would like to know what year the Mack Army truck is. It looks like some of the ones my father's armorded artillery units had to pull their big 155's and 240's with.
Thanks for showing this!

I'll have to look for that picture next time at my moms house. I know dad had that and someday i'll post a picture of him standing on top of their largest gun. A 240 long tom. He said his outfit A Battery had one, also B an C Batteries had them. The other guns were 155 Howitzers and 105s. My dad was the radio operator for the guns. Telling the men what the officers tent commanded them windage, elevation, and how many bags of powder to install in the breach.
Thanks for sharing this!

I've been trying to figure out what the plate on the glove box reads. My glove box has two holes for a plate, but is either lost or has been moved to another location. I have a plate on the left side of the dash that reads about idleing the engine too long. Could that be the plate that your's reads on the glove box? Would you send me a pm or message?
Thanking You

That is one of the most beautiful B models i've ever seen! Sad that we are not neighbors so I can look at it everyday or come over and see it.
Thanks for showing it to all of us.

Superdog,
I'm sorry to read of the fire. Hope you can get the privilege to restore what is left. Thanks for sending in the photo of your truck. It looks very good sitting their. I like the larger bumper with lights under it. I don't know what year truck these bumpers came from, but would like to know.

I remember the Overnite Companies very well. Here in Nashville they were near the interstate 40 East a mile north of the airport. I remember them having a few of the B's left but most were R models by the 80's. It's great to see a beautiful B as you have. I know it's taken alot of time and effort to get it that way. Keep up the great work.

The B sure looks fine from here. Is it a single axle? And would like to be able to find me a couple of the aluminum tanks like you have.
