I seen the show for about 5 minutes one time. The idiots were bidding on a load from New Orleans to Chicago. Some guy with a pickup and a goose neck got the load for $1.00/mile. I told the little woman he cant do it for a dollar a mile. I said how stupid and never watched it again. I rank it with that stupid Ice Road Truckers. I can only watch about 2 minutes at a time.

It's a Cat your screwed. My 3406E was 24k last inframe. At that stage take it to a performance shop and get it hopped up for almost the same price. Check out PDI in Salt Lake City,Ut.

What did they do for 24k put a new crate motor in and give you enough parts to rebuild it. That is why I do all my motor work. I dont like anyone else in my motor. Oiloburner an E model is just a B model with an over head cam and steal pistons. The E still has the B model cam jernals in it. The Acert cat motors are junk stay away from them.

Some of them have wheel that extend out to the side to make them more stable when a trailer is raised in the air. Sometimes used to dump a flatbed with a side kit that has a load of apples. I have also seen them used to lift hopper bottoms to run apples in bins.

My first ride was in a DM 600 triaxle when I was 4. I remember it had 3 sticks in it. A few years later my uncle got an R model I could still curl up on the floor and go to sleep. I can still remember going to coal mines in West Virginia with rock dust. When I started to drive I started in an R model (which I'm in the process of buying now. I drove it 20 years ago.) I guess once a Mack gets in your blood it stays there. I drive a KW every day but I will never give up my R model Mack. To many memories.

It is people like that that make me proud to call myself an American. May God be with all of them and their families. God bless the USA.

I know what you mean. I heard on the cb the other day that the guy running on the independent ticket has Ron Paul views. He is a former govener on New Mexico. I dont want to give jackass a vote but Romney is the lesser evil. My stepdaughter and he friend are still riding high on dumbass. I'm tring to change their mind. The way I feel about it is you come to our country on your own. We did not invite you so you have to live like we do if you don't like it go back to where you came. I like my country so much that I gave it 4 years of my life after school. In the Air Force in 1986 you had to have a religon or pick one. Keep God in everything and learn to like what we do or leave.

I read some older forums and didn't find a good answer. My tach in my 82 R Model quit working.It has a E6 300 in it. The hour meter still works but the hand stays on zero. Does anyone know where I could get a tach cable. Thanks for all replys.

The correct question would be do I make this chair look small. I been got my ole lady for 17 years. Not married just had a shotgun wedding (shake hand and shack up). Since she had breast cancer almost 4 years ago she treats me like a king. I think Ill keep this one. Her dad is a truck driver also. So she knew what she was in for.

Cut the trees and cut up the wood haul it off. If anyone ask tell them the trees was less than 3" head high. Problem solved and you got your combine.

TMC ditched the super singles when they realized how useless they were. They replaced with duals in order of unit number, regardless of tire wear.

I'm going to ask a stupid question. What is that stuff on the back of this trailer and what is it for. Looks like a big vortech to add a lot of wind drag as air swirls in that big hole in the center.
