Yes it was. Friend of mine had it. Sorry to see Gary out of Cooperstown, he had a nice dealership. Guess he is in Oneonta now, hope it's going well.

We just brought in a 1981 F model boom truck. The plan is to part it out. We need the flat bed but the rest is up for grabs... The cab unfortunately suffered some damage when the boom was accidentally dropped on it. I'm not a body man but I was told it could be fixed. The cab is in over all good shape rust wise, it has a few spots... nothing to major. The story is it was a southern truck used as a tractor, brought up to the northeast in the mid to late 80's and converted into a boom truck used to set cages of concrete forums for a contractor. Not used in the winter so it seen no salt. the o.d. shows a little over 300000 mi we believe that to be accurate. Strong running 285 with a 5 speed, light rears and light front. 6 ton Prentice boom on the back. I was told the doors are the same as on the R models, there in good shape. Didn't want to scrap the cab till i checked here. Will part the truck out or let it go complete. let me know if there is something you want. I'm posting a picture of it before the cab was damaged and can get current pictures of the damage for you. We are located in central NY. Thanks.

David- here is pic of the tag from the crane. Looks like 6 ton cap. Crane works fine and has remote capabilities. I would ask 2000. for the crane?
