The FWD is full time, non-selectable AWD. The three diffs (1 each axle and one in the 4x4 splitter) all lock from a vacuum switch on the dash. I do not get my boots muddy.
Where is this awesome high traction explorer?!? I have heard tales and even rumors that there are pictures, but alas, I have never seen the beast...

Remember, this is the guy who took his Superdog on a joy ride last year and had a "snow issue."
My MH is "tucked away" and will not see daylighit until the snow and salt are gone. I just hope they are gone by May so I can get to York.
Correction Obi-Wan...that was two years ago! Nothing to report last winter!

Chaining up to the B was plan "B"! It wasn't how deep the snow was, it was that I pulled it out the week before for a test and packed the snow down into ice...once I broke thru the fresh snow it was solid ice underneath...

This has been the longest stretch not being behind the wheel of my Big Mack Trucks. The first big snow in January left my only escape from the shop covered...it never went away and the subsequent snows just made it worse ...last week I had had enough...I thought the ol' superdog could make it, but it was not to be...I thought she would have to stay outside, but after about an hour of digging and 50 lbs of millsorb I got her put away...
Taking a peek
Didne get very far!
The aftermath...

My favorite Eastwood line...as Joe Kidd...after passionately kissing the girl and telling he has been locked up for two days, she asks what he would be like after two weeks...
"...we wouldn't be talking now..."

I used to lust after the F model, then thought I would love to have an MH...now, a crusieliner may be my favorite COE...especially one as nice looking as this!

Working a strip mine in the winter (when I was a pup)...I remember my dad putting oil soaked rags all around the tracks of our D8 (pony motor start, the coolest thing ever!) and burning them to get the frozen mud softened up to shovel the tracks out...had a long narrow shovel, my dad called it a "sharpshooter"! I have seen that D8 "frozen" to the ground!

Next time you visit PA, let us know. We will have a party and a butt kickin' contest with Yardo as the center attraction.
Hope to see you at Macungie in June. Take care, keep warm, and be safe.
By center of attraction, I ASSUME you mean "his" turn in the barrel!

Now that this thread has buried itself in the bottom of the gutter....I will try to drag it up a few notches to get some fresh air.
Who is planning/thinking about "camping" at the show? As I mentioned, I have room reservations at the Best Western but am considering "camping" in my trailer. I am going to call HQ and ask about trailer parking, electrical hookup, and cooking. I see there is a truck wash service available and also water/hose hookup for DIY. At this time I am planning to arrive on Wednesday but may arrive Tuesday if I decide to "rough it".
P.S. Yardo (pimp I mean PSM)....I may need a NIT assistant. The slope is slippery so back into the depths of the gutter we go.
Let me know what you find out, I WILL bring the camper, whether the SuperDog or the SuperChev pulls it is another story...

Don't forget me! I have incredible talent in the "talent recognition/development" field...I can personally interview all of the winfall applicants to ensure only the most talented make the cut...
