  1. Sorry I dont know how the hell i asked myself my own question
  2. How do you relieve the steering gear pressure poppets ?
  3. Here's a question for you Mack experts, can you adjust those limiting stops on the front axle to improve turning radius ? I know the purpose of them is to stop the tire from rubbing on the frame but damn I need 3.5 parking lots to turn around, I had a guy turn the wheel all the way till it hit the stops & there not even close to the frame (12") at least...This is on a dump truck with only a 215" wb & 16' dump body, I haul with a guy that has a T-800 Kenworth 228" wb & 18.5' dump body & that baby turns in half the distance as the bull dog
  4. How's it going, I also run a tri up in Mass...What size tires do you have on the pusher ? I noticed when we had 385/65R22.5 on the pusher when fully raised it would only be about 1.5"-2" max off the ground, so we upsized the air lines & downsized the tires & it was much quicker...Hope this helps
  5. Dude, Are you for real do you have a friggin clue about trucks...

  6. Thank God this shit happens when your in the yard or quarry or somewhere that your not going 65mph
  7. I hear ya there, Boston is not a truck freindly city...I did "Boston Patch" paving right after I got my CDL A when I was 18 till I had enough of it when I turned 20, no amount of money can cancel out the aggravation factor involved in driving in the city with all them snobby sons of bitches
  8. Thats some BULL SH!T...But it's so true, that people can come over & get everything is handed to them & never work a day in there life...When my family came to Mass from Ireland they went right to work & never expected a hand out, now these jackasses come over here & get everything & not even learn our language, I love these bleeding heart liberal's say there's no one official language in the US, bullshit it's fricken ENGLISH...Here's an idea you come to our country that so many died for to keep it free & you learn our language not us learn your language....I'm done for now I'm pissed & need a drink, I think a shot of Jameson Irish Whiskey sounds good now

  10. Thanks for the info... Can the pyro really get to a max 1,280*..And produce 27-33 psi of boost ? I drove a 93' R-Model dump with the 350 mechanical motor & it would build 40psi & never get over 900* & was a rocket ship
  11. Here comes the questions boy's...I'm driving a 99' RD model tri-axle dump with the 460 motor & 8LL eaton tranny & this thing has no balls, it only makes 20-25 psi of boost & the pyro reads anywere between 950-1100 degree's loaded, I've driven 350 hp mechanical motored that would blow the fricken door's of this thing loaded or empty...It sounds like there's a leak coming from the turbo when you really jump on it, is that what's causing it ya think ??? What should a 460 motor put out for boost & how hot should the pyro get @ max...Also I think a motor mount is shot because when you shift it you can almost feel the motor twist the shifter right out of your hand...When my boss said you got the Mack I just about hugged him, now I want to punch him
  12. I hope Mass grow's a set, but not with "Duval Jones" as governor and a state full of Dumacrats, friggin bleeding heart liberal @ss holes
  13. I wonder if it would of been a good idea to just change the drag link let's say every 5 yrs or so, just a suggestion for piece of mind
  14. I do believe that on August 1st there's a truck show @ the Hudson Elks club in Hudson,Mass
  15. That sounds about right the guy never greased a thing on that truck...He was one of these "as long as the trucks shiny" type of guy's who only cared that you looked good when you were broke down
  16. Thanks for the welcome...You never heard of Worcester Mass ?
  17. How's it going guy's ? Quick question has anyone had a draglink coming off the pitman arm break ? I had one break pulling of the scale @ the quarry, as I was pulling away I go to take a right & I noticed the steering get real light and easy, & the truck went straight, so I got out & opened the hood & the drag link was just hanging down...I just about fainted, could you of imagined what would of happened if I was on the highway or something going faster than 5 mph...By the way this was a 88' R-Model Tri-Axle dump...Just wanted to see if anyone else had a similiar experience
  18. I'd like to see it on a bumper sticker also
  19. Medway born & raised, now Worcester
