That'll work!well aint that a bitch,,,i used to call them horn cap myself,,but the dealer calls them button,,im going to use a brown wheel for now,its cherry,,got it out of a oakland ,,ca fire engine.bob ,with the later model plastic cap -
Matt,That wheel was actually a black Super or Value -Liner steering wheel.I repaired the cracks in it & had it painted with white Imron.I too was amazed at the finished product! You can fix those old cracked steering wheels, don't throw 'em away!god id love to have that white steering wheel for my r model im doing. was watchin one on ebay few weeks ago but got outbid. hate when that happens. MattHey Al, I see the stickers on your heater are in really good shape. Did you get new ones made, or are they original? I dont know what im going to do about the stickers on the heater cover of my U. I need a 5 speed shift pattern sticker and I think it would have said something about the Maxidyne on it in a different sticker.
Vinny,Mine are all original! I carefully masked them before painting them.Up close you can tell they're used.Ya, could have said something about the operating range (rpm's) or something, huh?Hey Al, I see the stickers on your heater are in really good shape.
