Well first off reversing the wire to the starter will make it spin the engine backwards. So that needs to be replaced or rebuilt for negative ground. Alternator also needs to be rebuilt, rectifier swapped for negative ground or replaced with one that is negative ground. Any DC motor that is wired backwards will spin backwards. So any pump or wiper motors will also have to be reversed. If a motor is designed with a grounded case then you might have a problem mounting it and getting it to spin the other way.
Feel free to keep asking questions.
Tranks for the info. I to wil be making the ground swap in a 1960 H67LT. I will watch and respond as my project moves forward.

If you are completly rewiring then dont worry about color unless you are going for a factory look. If you are doing a change over like I did and leaving stock wire and gauges in place then it is easy. Is you engine diesel or gas? That is a not a big issue but it wil help me walk you through it. I am finishing up a 1955 Dodge M152 ambulance right now and I am leaving the 24 volt starter and generator in place and doing everything else 12 volt.

I have a 1960 H67LT with positive ground. I want to rewire the entire truck and switch to positive ground w/alternator. Would like a diagrahm that includes color code. color code not important!
