the A51 was only equip with the lanova diesel. It was a problem motor for mack in the days. So a lot of them were pulled out and replaced with a gas engine. There was only one in exist that had the lanova in it the last time that I knew off and the reson I know my dad had it and was contacted by mack allentown when we required rods and mains for it. they where amazed that someone had one with a diesel init yet. They told us they found 3 A51 and we had the only one with a diesel.We was asked to donate are A51 to be shown at museum it would of been still his truck but would'nt be able to drive it when he want. Since that time dad sold the truck and I have no clue who bought it. He sold it in 93 or 94. Your truck might be worth 2000 to 5000 depending on what shape it in.
