I have a lot to learn for these old macks I am on 39 but love the way they look and love a challenge especially if I can get it going.

From what I can tell they do look like spring brakes and it does have a air starter not electric start.

Yes it show b61t and 4 other numbers I reached out to the mack historical museum and they sent my build sheet and information on it. Also what is bmt crew not sure what that is? The caps were missing before I purchased the truck but already replaced most of the fuel lines.

Yes he still has the trailer but the landing gear is seized and I told him I would be interested if he still had it down the road after I get the truck back on the road. My profile picture shows the trailer better. But he used it to haul steal.

Yes sir it does have the air starter with the big air tank. The motor is free and I have never seen a curve in the rear window. It caught my eyes and had to try to bring it back or try lol. It has good oil in as well. Also I got an extra hood and fenders but probably won't use since the other is solid besides surface rust.

The pictures of the day I purchased it and pulled it out of the field he used a dozer to clear it out for me. I was able to get a title as well, but hasn't been on the road 30 years or longer.

Does anyone have a picture or a diagram for my air lines, they would be on the passenger fire wall, Someone decided to jack my copper lines before I got to purchase it out of the field.

I believe the fins are sticking cause I took it off the motor and it's not spinning and when I take the air line off and hit the lever from the valve I do have a lot of air pressure from my tank. So I figured I need to rebuild it. I am 39 and don't know to much about these old b61 and especially the air starters this one is the first one I have ever seen.

I was wondering if anyone would know were I can get a rebuild kit for my air starter. My truck that I picked up is a 55 b61 mack semi. I appreciate all the help.
