44k mack rears are about $250 a hub new from mack, I'll see if I can come up with a number. Check your hub close, late model stud pilot hubs where early hub pilot, had the flanges just not the newer style nut. My '95 CL was this way, you could drill stud holes out for bigger stud and be good to go ! I still have original set from that truck I kept for that purpose some day.

Update on my progress, all suspension and axles in and plumbed, hoist plate and hitch/light bar done, got air cleaners mounted and hood back on. Primed hood a week ago and had some gun issues, so we wet sanded back done and will be repriming it and priming the cab today. Hope for it to be orange by end of weekend !

Had my turbo go out at about 750000mi. A buddy of mine had the same amount of miles on his 60 series detroit, so he thought he would avoid my trouble and preemptively replace his. His replacement lasted 3 weeks!
I can relate, have two 16' western star gliders with reman series 60 in them from factory, trucks followed each other down the line ! Also followed each other back to dealer a day apart at 35k with bearings out of turbo !

if you dont have a crane ,we use a hyd. wrecker to pull engine and trans at once. We have also used a log truck before.

Looks like you have another dog to redo ! You'll never be done ,LOl. Looks cool !

I have heard of that, never have really seen it done though. Have also seen guys silicon the rails to keep anything from getting in, but as I've seen with silicon in other applications , it dries up and comes loose , but I have no intention of running it in the winter, so it should be fine, right ?

Bring the pics up in the computer; click select all (top right); click save to and then pick where you want to save to (create a separate folder from the original) and it should give you an option of saving in original format or a smaller format.
Thanks, seems to be helping. Some times not so tech savy, lol. Another pic of E-6 mount.

Ok Vlad, here are some pics of front engine mount and of hood mount for ya, cross member and front engine mount in truck are out of a RW753 for a CAT and the one one the ground came out of truck for an E-6. The hood mount would be the two holes at the bottom of the one pic and the two stand looking brackets at thr top of the other. Hope this helps.

Ok, so I took a couple of pics for Vlad yesterday but the website keeps telling me they are to big. max 1.71mb it says, these pics are 3.8 or so. How in the world do you change this ?

Yes, very nice. Looks close to the same color I'm painting mine ! Lol

Thanks every one ! It is going to be Omaha orange with a black stripe, I have already had the fuel and air tanks sand blasted and powder coated black. Had a custom 10" s.s. drop visor made for it , and will be adding dual 7" straight pipes with internal mufflers. Have all the parts (and a good bumper) to change it over to the big center tow pin style, and will be adding the dual s.s. air cleaners mentioned before. It will be the superliner I wanted but could not find when I'm done. Mack built them this way so why can't I. Dual exhaust, air cleaners and a big front bumper with a CAT that is. We will be using a 3406C @ 600 hp mated to a fuller 18 spd putting power to a set of 46k Mack rears @ 4:42 ratio on hendrickson HN susp. The bed is a new Brandon hardox steel body from Quebec. Hope I answered a couple questions and happy new year !
