@Edd13 bro did you ever solve this !? I have same issue ! Need help

Ok I know this is s sad n old post but it’s relevant to me lol !! I keep having derstes even after servicing dpf . Forced regen always good , gets hit as bd completed. Gets out of derate etc . It’s fine for a day then once going up hill or if it’s hot and I’m in the throttle she derates again . I’ve taken the elbow pipe off from scr to decomp pan and there’s always build up . I’ve already replace doser with oem last week . Thought it was a bad gasket so I got a new one for friggn $60 . I found the crack that has been talked about here .. I will get it welded and get a new flex pipe just in case but have you experienced this issue because of the the dozer pipe crack ? Is it the reason for box conversion issues !? I mean it’s small but I know I only see it when it’s hot so it’s definitely expanding . I’ve just been chasing this down for a month and nobody knows anything at the dealer . I’ve found to just keep driving her even with derate and it all goes away but probably because it cools . Please help
